Management Program

Class records and assessment reports show you what your child has learned and where they still have gaps.

See the updates you get after classes and what parent meetings cover, then bring any questions to a consultation.

The five-step learning cycle

From the first consultation to the next learning plan

The plan set at the parent meeting starts the cycle again from step one.

Five learning management steps that loop back to the start: consultation and assessment, a class plan for your child, class and homework records, portfolio and end-of-month assessment, and parent meeting

Every class, every month, every quarter

Every class

One class, from materials to rewriting

  1. Materials chosen for your child

Your child learns from textbooks and materials picked to fit their previous progress, homework results, and learning style.

  2. Online class

Your child goes over the last homework and learns a new concept, then shows what they understood through problems, writing, workbooks, and discussion.

  3. Redoing problems and rewriting

A quiz checks what your child learned that day. They redo problems they got wrong or rewrite using the written corrections.

Wrapping up each month and adjusting the plan

From portfolio to a new plan

  1. Portfolio

We collect each student's math tests, records of problems they got wrong, science lab reports, English writing, and assessment results.

  2. End-of-month assessment

Attendance, progress, homework, and test results from class records show what your child achieved that month.

  3. Plan adjustment

Based on the parent meeting and how your child has progressed, we update textbooks, pace, the syllabus, and goals.

Quarterly assessments

Each quarter, your child takes an achievement test such as the MAP Test and a learning profile assessment. The results show gaps and growth, and we use them to decide on review, advanced work, and the next curriculum.

Questions about progress tracking

If you're wondering how instructors are assigned, when classes meet, or what goes into the reports, bring it up in consultation. We'll also go over which subjects to assess, the diagnostic fee, and tuition.
