1. These Terms set out the conditions for using the LAB.CO website, educational program information, consultations, inquiries, and related online functions (the “Services”) provided by LAB.CO (the “Company”), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
2. If enrollment, program delivery, or institutional work proceeds under a separate application, quotation, payment screen, or agreement outside the website, those specific terms prevail. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. The website provides information about LAB.CO, educational programs, learning plans, enrollment guidance, and ways to contact the Company. Program descriptions, dates, materials, expected outcomes, images, and prices are general information that may require separate confirmation and are not binding contractual terms by themselves.
2. The website does not currently provide direct application, booking or payment functions. A consultation or inquiry by telephone, email or Channel Talk starts a discussion only; it does not complete enrollment, fix a schedule, confirm payment or form a contract.
3. If enrollment or an institutional program proceeds, its audience, schedule, fees, payment, cancellation, refund and operating conditions are set out in separate information or an agreement.
4. If the Company later adds a web inquiry form, application, booking or direct payment function, the relevant screen and revised Terms will provide the applicable conditions and notices required by law.
1. The Company publishes these Terms where users can readily access them on the website.
2. The Company may amend the Terms to reflect changes in law, the Services or operations, provided the amendment does not violate applicable law.
3. Revised Terms apply from the effective date posted with them. The Company follows any advance-notice or consent procedure required by law for a material adverse change to an ongoing paid Service. A legal requirement, urgent security measure or change favorable to users may take effect immediately where appropriate.
4. Unless otherwise agreed, a paid contract already formed separately remains subject to the terms in effect when it was made.
1. Users must provide accurate and current information in a consultation or separate process and must not use another person’s identity or authority.
2. A legal representative or properly authorized guardian must make decisions that require authority for a minor, including a consultation, enrollment, safety disclosure or image consent.
3. A person making an inquiry or entering into a separate contract for an organization must have authority to represent it.
4. A user is responsible, to the extent caused by that user, for a consultation or service delay, safety risk, or additional cost resulting from inaccurate or omitted information.
1. The Company may change the website structure, content and delivery method while maintaining the quality of educational information and Services.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the website for maintenance, improvement, incident response, security measures, a communications-provider issue or an event beyond reasonable control. The Company gives advance notice of a material interruption where reasonably practicable.
3. The Company uses reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but users should confirm current availability, dates, fees and service conditions through a consultation or separate notice.
1. The Company uses Channel Talk for consultations and may link to social platforms, maps, external forms or other third-party services for convenience.
2. A service supplied by a third party in its own name and responsibility is governed by that party’s terms and privacy notice. The Company does not warrant the availability, price, accuracy or transaction performance of an independently supplied third-party service.
3. When the Company appoints a provider to process information on its behalf, the Company’s responsibilities are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
1. Users must not submit false information, impersonate another person, make an inquiry without authority, compromise security or normal operation, send automated or excessive requests, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, reputation or other rights.
2. Users must not copy or sell the Company’s educational materials or website content, or use them to create a competing course, dataset or artificial intelligence model, without written permission.
3. Depending on the seriousness and urgency of a breach, the Company may remove content, block requests, restrict use or pursue legal remedies. Where there is no urgent safety or security issue, the Company will ordinarily provide a reason and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach.
1. Rights in program structures, learning designs, worksheets, teaching materials, marks, logos, website copy and images created by the Company belong to the Company or the relevant rights holder.
2. Users receive a limited, personal and non-commercial permission to use materials for the purpose for which they are supplied. Without written permission, users may not reproduce, distribute, publicly transmit, sell, adapt, deliver commercial teaching from or give the materials to a third party.
3. For an infringement, the Company may require cessation, removal, and return, and may recover actual losses and reasonable enforcement costs to the extent permitted by law.
1. Users must hold the rights needed for inquiries, reviews, suggestions and other material they submit. Users allow the Company to store, copy and share that material internally as needed to respond, supply the Services, handle disputes and comply with law.
2. The Company may block or remove unlawful material, rights-infringing content, malware, spam or repeated submissions.
3. The Company obtains separate consent before using identifiable student or participant images, video or testimonials for promotion. Declining optional consent does not disadvantage a consultation or use of the Services.
4. The Company may use statistics and feedback that no longer identify an individual to analyze and improve the Services.
1. Unless law provides an exception, the Company sends promotional information about programs, events, news and offers only to recipients who have opted in.
2. Marketing consent is optional and declining it does not prevent an inquiry or use of the Services.
3. A recipient may withdraw consent at any time through the method in a message or by contacting the Company. The Company follows applicable identification, timing and consent-record requirements.
1. The Company may restrict website or consultation functions if a user materially breaches these Terms or law, or creates an immediate safety or security risk.
2. For a remediable breach, the Company may require correction within a reasonable time. If the breach is repeated or not corrected, the Company may terminate a separately formed contract in accordance with that contract and applicable law.
3. If the Company discontinues the website or a specific online function, it gives advance notice where reasonably practicable. A paid contract already formed separately is handled under that contract and applicable law.
1. The Company operates the website and educational Services with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee a particular learning, admission or examination outcome, or achievement of an individual objective, based on website information alone.
2. The Company is not responsible for loss caused without its fault by an event beyond reasonable control, a user’s omitted information or failure to follow instructions, an independently supplied third-party service, or the user’s device or communications environment.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to direct, ordinary, actual losses that have an adequate causal connection to the Company's fault.
4. Nothing in this Article excludes or limits liability for the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, loss of life or bodily injury, a personal information breach, or liability under mandatory consumer protection laws.
1. These Terms and the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections available in a consumer’s country of residence.
2. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. A dispute that is not resolved is handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
3. The Company may send Service notices to a user’s supplied email address or telephone number, publish them on the website, or use another reasonable electronic method. Users must keep their contact details current.
These Terms take effect on September 29, 2026.
