Enrollment Guide

See each step your child goes through, from the first consultation and enrollment to the assessments they take once classes start.

Once you've seen how classes work, you can request a consultation and enroll.

From the first consultation to the start of classes

Enrollment steps: consult with us and choose subjects, check your child's current level, plan classes and assign an instructor, enroll month by month and start classes, and plan the next month from assessment results
  1. Step: Consult with us and choose subjects
  2. Step: Check your child's current level
  3. Step: Plan classes and assign an instructor
  4. Step: Enroll month by month and start classes
  5. Step: Plan the next month from assessment results

A diagnostic assessment in each subject shows where your child is in the material and how well they know it, and a learning profile assessment shows how they study. The diagnostic assessment costs KRW 20,000 per subject, and the learning profile assessment is free. See the diagnostic steps and fees

Assessments your child takes and updates you get once classes begin

Your child's work from class, such as tests, records of problems they got wrong, and English essays, goes into their own portfolio.

Assessments and updates every class, at the end of each month, and every quarter
  • When: Every class

Assessment and update: A quiz checks what your child learned that day. You get the instructor's comments by text no later than the day after class.

  • When: End of each month

Assessment and update: An end-of-month assessment reviews the month's lessons. A monthly report with the instructor's comments and suggestions for what to learn next comes to you on KakaoTalk.

  • When: Every quarter

Assessment and update: Your child takes an achievement test such as the MAP Test and a learning profile assessment. The results show which concepts they didn't fully learn and how much they've grown.

One-on-one or group classes, and how enrollment works

Most classes are online, and we also teach in person at our Seocho center in Seoul. In consultation, we'll tell you whether your child can take classes in person, and when.
