CourseG2–3 Write Lab
- What your child learns
- The next level, where children write English stories from their own experiences and imagination.

An English writing class where kindergartners listen to English stories, then say and write their own ideas.
Your child talks in English about everyday life, like family and holidays, and about nature, like animals, plants, and weather. Then they write it down in English words and short sentences.
It's a good fit for children in kindergarten through Grade 1 who are starting to share their ideas in English and write short sentences.
They start by writing what they said as English words.
They rewrite the same idea in different English sentence forms.
Your child's level depends more on their English reading and writing than on their grade.
Children read and listen to English picture books and short texts to find things to talk and write about.
Your child reads each finished sentence out loud and finds the awkward spots with the instructor.

The instructor corrects your child's English sentences, and the revised writing goes into their Writing portfolio.
We send the instructor's comments to you as well. See how parents get progress updates
Whether what your child wrote fits the story.
Whether the ideas follow a natural order.
Whether your child uses the English words and sentence frames they learned correctly.
Whether the rewrite is clearer after corrections.
Tell us your child's age, the English books they read now, and what's hard for them when they speak or write in English. We'll check their level and choose their first writing activity.
