What to prepare before consultation

If you tell us your child's grade, what they're learning now, where they struggle, and what you want from classes, the consultation moves faster. See everything to have ready

Show us problems your child solved and writing they did recently

Have your child's school class materials ready too, if you have them. Looking at them together, we can talk about where your child gets stuck.

What you'll find out in consultation

Details

  • Topic

    Subjects to take

    Details
We ask what your child is covering at school, their level in each subject, and their goals, then pick only the subjects they need now. We won't push you to sign up for several subjects at once.
  • Topic

    Class format and location

    Details
We choose one-on-one or group classes to fit your child. You'll also find out whether your child can attend classes at our Seocho center in Seoul, and when.
  • Topic

    Diagnostic assessment

    Details
A diagnostic assessment in each subject and a learning profile assessment show your child's current level. We'll go over which subjects to assess, the schedule, and the cost.
  • Topic

    Class times and instructor

    Details
We set class times by matching the days and hours your child is free with the instructor's schedule. We pick an instructor who majored in the subject and is a good fit for your child.
  • Topic

    Tuition and monthly enrollment

    Details
Tuition depends on the subject, class format, and classes per week, and we give you the amount by phone. You enroll month by month, and we'll let you know if there's a separate textbook fee.
One-on-one and group classes differ in pace and scheduling

One-on-one classes

  • What your child learns, and in what order, is tailored to them.
  • Classes meet at times that work with your child's school schedule and time zone.

Group classes

  • Students learn together, following a set curriculum and pace.
  • Each program has a set class schedule.

From consultation to the first class

After the consultation, your child takes a diagnostic assessment, and we plan classes and assign an instructor. Then you sign up for monthly enrollment, and your child has their first class. See each step from consultation to assessments
